  Victor has obtained some of the largest verdicts and settlements in the country for his personal injury clients including a $4.2 million verdict for U.S. Army soldiers injured in a bus accident; a $4.2 million settlement for a 6-year-old, who was injured by defective playground equipment; and a $1.8 million settlement for a child who became injured as a result of treatment following birth. He achieved a $3.8 million settlement for a 5-year-old who was injured in a fire caused by a defective home appliance; this case resulted in the development of a warning label for such appliances. Since 1999, Victor has been board certified in Civil Trial and Civil Pretrial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Victor has been listed in Best Lawyers of America since 2014 for both Medical Malpractice Law and Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation. Victor was recently appointed by the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals as a Trustee for the Client Security Trust Fund, overseeing the safe investment of clients’ funds held in trusts in the District of Columbia.   Over the course of his career, personal injury lawyer Paul Cornoni has dedicated his practice to helping families put their lives back together after tragic events.   Jacqueline Colclough is a partner at Regan Zambri Long PLLC. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as a registered nurse, making her uniquely qualified to litigate injury claims with complicated medical issues. Jackie is known for her compassion and empathy for her clients, her commitment and diligence, and her command of the medicine in every one of her cases, regardless of whether it is a substantial, complex medical malpractice case or a straightforward automobile collision case. Jackie is a magna cum laude graduate of St. Anselm College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1988. She obtained her license as a Registered Nurse that same year and proceeded directly to the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, graduating in 1991. After graduation, Jackie worked as an associate with Thompson Coburn LLP, Washington, DC, and Lamb & Barnosky, LLP, Melville, New York. While with these firms, she represented corporate clients in transactional and regulatory matters for more than ten years. With a goal to ultimately combine her medical knowledge and legal expertise, Jackie temporarily left the practice of law and returned to nursing to strengthen her clinical skills. She worked as a Registered Nurse at a Northern Virginia hospital for several years.   Chris Regan focuses his practice on representing people who have been seriously hurt or killed as a result of someone else’s carelessness, as well as consumers who have been victims of fraud or unfair trade practices. He is licensed to practice in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Since joining the firm in 2013, Chris has been a creative and dedicated advocate for his clients. He has successfully handled cases arising out of events as diverse as car crashes (including the leading local case on Uber’s and Lyft’s responsibility when their drivers are at fault), defectively unsafe product design, Metro bus and subway crashes, medical malpractice, fires and gas explosions at apartment buildings, and a bank opening fraudulent accounts in its customers’ names.
