    Victor has obtained some of the largest verdicts and settlements in the country for his personal injury clients including a $4.2 million verdict for U.S. Army soldiers injured in a bus accident; a $4.2 million settlement for a 6-year-old, who was injured by defective playground equipment; and a $1.8 million settlement for a child who became injured as a result of treatment following birth. He achieved a $3.8 million settlement for a 5-year-old who was injured in a fire caused by a defective home appliance; this case resulted in the development of a warning label for such appliances. Since 1999, Victor has been board certified in Civil Trial and Civil Pretrial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Victor has been listed in Best Lawyers of America since 2014 for both Medical Malpractice Law and Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation. Victor was recently appointed by the Washington, D.C.     Jacqueline Colclough is a partner at Regan Zambri Long PLLC. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as a registered nurse, making her uniquely qualified to litigate injury claims with complicated medical issues. Jackie is known for her compassion and empathy for her clients, her commitment and diligence, and her command of the medicine in every one of her cases, regardless of whether it is a substantial, complex medical malpractice case or a straightforward automobile collision case. Jackie is a magna cum laude graduate of St. Anselm College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1988. She obtained her license as a Registered Nurse that same year and proceeded directly to the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, graduating in 1991. After graduation, Jackie worked as an associate with Thompson Coburn LLP, Washington, DC, and Lamb & Barnosky, LLP, Melville, New York. While with these firms, she represented corporate clients in transactional and regulatory matters for more than ten years.
