CO-OWNER / Erin has 15 years of industry experience including extensive training by Summit Salon and positions as Director of L‘Oréal Elite Salons in Potomac and then Georgetown — where she met Marco. Beauty is her passion. Erin loves to work closely with the team, ensuring they are inspired to learn and continuously grow. MARCO FERRARI
CO-OWNER / Marco is a Master Stylist from Milan with 25 years of experience. After beauty school in Milan he moved London to attend Vidal Sassoon Academy and then worked at Tony & Guy. Now in the US for 15 years, he has a loyal & large clientele thanks to his skill set. He’s a true color specialist, including Foilayage, Balayage and Babylights. He worked NYFW 2017, performs at hair shows, and also works in LA at celebrity stylist Michael Canale’s salon. Marco previously co-owned the Ritz Carlton location Roche Salon for 8 years. @MFERRARIHAIR
