E & A Community Health Care Services LLC is a Medicaid Waiver Provider under the Department of Disabilities Services (DDS) Government of the District of Columbia, that provides In-Home Support, Supported Living, Host Homes, and many more. Our agency puts people first and strives to provide excellent services to adults of any age in the DC Metro Area. The mission of E & A Community Healthcare Services LLC is to provide in-home support services to individuals and to facilitate community integration, choices, and a level of independence. This is accomplished through empowerment, access to services, and protection. The agency will provide person-centered services to persons of differing abilities that will focus on one-on-one support to foster and broaden more inclusive communities through education, training, and advocacy.
