Marjorie Mesidor didn’t set out to build a law firm. She set out to stand up for employees when no one else would. Early in her career, she saw how often workplace misconduct sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation was minimized or ignored. Employees were told to stay quiet, endure it, or move on. Marjorie chose a different path. She built Mesidor PLLC on a simple belief: workplace rights matter, and the people behind them deserve real protection. As more employees sought her out, the work grew—and so did the firm. Today, Marjorie leads a team of attorneys who share the same values that started it all: integrity, accountability, and a commitment to protecting dignity at work.
