Description
Georgetown Sports Massage has been operating in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area since 2004. I engage in several thousand individual treatment sessions per year, mostly on athletes at all levels, and I have developed a highly effective combination of Active Release Techniques (ART), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), deep tissue, and sports massage for absolute stress and tension relief to help an athlete stay injury-free and recover quicker. I also combine mental techniques and biofeedback to further enhance the athlete's training.
