• Wrongful Death

  Under the law, a wrongful death is a death caused by someone else's negligent or illegal actions. This might include, for example, deaths caused by an accident with a drunk or careless driver; an accident at work caused by the employer's refusal to follow safety laws; a medical professional's failure to notice a serious health problem or other reckless behavior.
