    Washington DC dentist, Dr. Eric S. Markowitz, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1993. Following graduation, he completed a two-year specialty program in prosthodontics and a one year fellowship in dental implants, focusing on the surgical placement of the implants. When he completed his post-graduate specialty training, he joined his father (Dr. Sid) as a Prosthodontist in Washington D.C. His areas of expertise include cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Eric, as a graduate of the University of Maryland, is an enthusiastic Maryland Terrapins basketball fan. Once springtime arrives, when he’s not in the office, he can be found on the golf course. He and his wife Alicia also enjoy traveling.

    Dr. Clare A. McGorry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she was awarded the Carl O. Boucher Outstanding Senior Student Award for excellence in prosthodontics. She then completed a yearlong general practice residency at the Washington D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. McGorry has completed over 80 hours of continuing education in dental sleep medicine and passed the board exam in 2020, achieving Diplomate Status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. McGorry maintains active membership in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. McGorry is committed to providing the highest quality comprehensive dental care to patients. She is very personable and creates a relaxed and comfortable environment for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, skiing and traveling. She loves exploring DC and trying out new restaurants with friends. Dr. McGorry comes from a large family with whom she is very close.

    Prosthodontist

    Dr. Roen graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1975. He then completed a residency in dentistry at the Hospital for Joint Diseases and Medical Center in NYC. Following the residency, he attended a two-year postgraduate specialty training program in prosthodontics at the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. In 1979, he and his wife Leslie moved to DC, where he opened his private practice. He has taught locally at the Providence Hospital Dental Residency Program. Dr. Roen has extensive experience in complicated advanced restorative dentistry. As a prosthodontist, his goal is to optimize the longevity and aesthetics of patients’ dentitions. He is routinely listed on The Washingtonian’s list of top dentists. When not in the office, Dr. Roen does triathlons, runs 10-mile races, and works in his garden.
